Claim order
Guarantee of XX months applies to all goods offered on the eshop.geodis.cz server.
Possible claims will be settled in compliance with the legal regulations valid in the Czech Republic.
Goods can be claimed in writing at the seller (completion of the address, e-mail).
Right of recision follows from the Act No. 367/2000 Coll. Goods purchased in the Internet shop can be returned in accordance with the law within 14 days without statement of reasons. It is necessary to meet these conditions, the products must be:
- undamaged,
- in original package (if goods are packed in special package),
- returned with complete accessories, with which they were supplied,
- unpacked, in case that it was packed in special package,
- with all documents sent with the product – certificate of guarantee, manual etc.
- returned by the deadline provided by law, eventually extended by the distributor.
FAQ
When customer can ask for refunding to account?
Upon reviewing and if the claim is found to be justified in accordance with above mentioned conditions, the customer is entitled to refunding of the amount that will be sent back to his account.
Who pays transport costs in case of the claim?
All transport costs are paid by the customer.
Where are service points and who provides warranty and after-warranty service for goods???
Warranty and after-warranty service is provided by the Geodis, s.r.o. company.
