Personal data protection

Customer agrees by his purchase on the e-shop eshop.geodis.cz that pursuant to the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on protection of personal data and on change of some laws, properly and under all lawful conditions, limitations and rules, data on him were processed, which you provide further voluntarily in the necessary extent, namely for reasons of purchase of goods in the electronic shop on geodis.datapro.cz and sites associated with it.

Geodis, s.r.o. covenants that the access to your personal data will be allowed only for authorized persons and these data will not be provided to be processed by a third party with the exception of bodies acting in criminal proceedings.

Extent of provided data is given by the content and requirements of following forms, whereas abandonment of their completion before ending of the registration in the system, is understood without further to be a refusal of consent of the provider of these data to their collection and processing, however when the provider looses herewith at the same time a possibility to participate in services of this system.

The provider is entitled to access processed data on him within general possibilities of the system and further, if he will find that there was an infringement of duties by the administrator or processor of these data, he is entitled to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) with application to secure measures for remedy.

The administrator reserves the right to check if personal data provided by the subject of these data are true. In case of doubt, the administrator is entitled to block these personal data with the fact if it will be impossible to correct or verify sufficiently these data, eventually it would be associated with disproportionate costs, these personal data will be liquidated.

The administrator will perform promptly the liquidation of personal data, after that the purpose doesn’t exist, for which he administered personal data.
