Seller's rights and duties
- The seller is bound to execute the binding order, to send ordered goods and to supply them to the purchaser's address by the aforementioned deadline. In the case of receipt of goods from our shipper, eventually in the seller's premises at personal purchase, the purchaser will receive a tax document for goods.
- All personal data provided during the registration are confidential, see Personal data protection.
- The seller is bound to delete the registered customer from database in the event that the customer will require it in writing.
- The seller is entitled to refuse the order if the purchaser is in default of his obligation to withdraw goods or to pay the purchase price.
- The seller is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract (the binding order) if the discharge becomes impossible, if he doesn’t agree the new fulfilment with the purchaser. In case that the purchaser paid the ordered goods in advance (by bank transfer) and if he withdraws from the contract for the aforementioned reason, the seller will pay back to the purchaser the entire amount at the latest within 3 days after delivery of the written avoidance of the contract.
Purchaser's rights and duties
- The purchaser is owed to state the correct and complete postal address, to which the ordered goods are to be sent.
- The purchaser is bound to withdraw the ordered goods and to pay the total price. The customer is consentient with total price when completing the order before its binding confirmation.
- The purchaser has a right for deletion of his personal data from the database, if he requires it in writing or by e-mail. The seller covenants thereby to delete all data on the purchaser from the database at the latest within 3 days after delivery of the request.
- The purchaser is entitled to rescind the contract within14 days after receipt of products. Goods must be undamaged, without signs of use or wear and tear, in the original complete package. The customer bears transport costs of goods. Under given conditions, upon receipt of returns the seller will refund to the customer by return the purchase price by transfer order.
