Trading terms
I. Opening clause
Following trading terms are binding for purchase in the Internet shop geodis.datapro.cz, whereas they define and specify rights and duties of the seller, which is the XXX company (thereinafter also "operator") and purchaser (thereinafter also "customer").
II. Order and conclusion of purchase contract
All orders sent through the Internet shop with geodis.datapro.cz are binding. The purchaser confirms by the order sending that he became acquainted with these trading terms, including the purchase order, as well as the claim order and that he agrees to them.
Order of the customer is the draft purchase contract. The contract of purchase is formed at the moment of the purchaser'sreceipt of the ordered goods or by the prepayment. All orders are archived for one year.
The Internet shop geodis.datapro.cz contains all information necessary for conclusion of the contract in accordance with general terms of the contract and essential terms of the purchase contract, as they are defined by the Civil Code. It contains always also the name, key characteristics and price of goods.
The validity condition of an electronic order is completion of all data and terms, prescribed by the form.
Property right for goods passes to the purchaser, on condition of the payment of purchase price, by receipt of goods.
By completion of the registration form or binding order within the Internet shop geodis.datapro.cz, the purchaser gives his consent to the seller to collect and archive personal data on the purchaser and his purchases, see Personal data protection.
III. Delivery terms and invoicing
Billing address is understood to be the address stated by the purchaser in his registration form. Invoicing data entered by the purchaser in his registration form will be used for purposes of invoicing of goods. The operator isn’t responsible for discrepancy of these data against data stated in the Commercial Register and other registers.
The place of delivery of goods (ship-to-address) is understood to be the address stated by the purchaser in his registration form. If this address isn’t entered, the ship-to-address is understood to be the billing address.
In the case of possible delay in execution of the sent order, the operator is bound to inform the purchaser on this delay. In the present case the purchaser has a right to cancel the order.
Goods are usually distributed by commercial parcel of the Czech Post (Česká pošta), together with tax document (invoice).
IV. Final provisions
These trading terms are binding within the meaning stated on Internet sites of the seller, on the day when the purchaser sent the electronic order.
The purchaser accepts, upon sending of the electronic order, all provisions of trading terms within the meaning valid on the day when the order was sent, he agrees also to valid price of the ordered products written in the catalogue of the electronic shop geodis.datapro.cz, unless otherwise demonstrably agreed in a specific case. Price of goods stated in the catalogue of the electronic shop geodis.datapro.cz is valid always only to the moment of its change; the new price is always decisive for orders sent after an implemented change.
